Around 463,000 children in the UK are either suffering from a life-limiting / life-threatening condition or are in the social care system. These children experience worry, disruption, medical appointments and isolation.
Dear Santa exists to bring a smile to the faces of these children through the simple act of granting a wish. It could be as simple as a toy at Christmas or a trip to Disneyland. Dear Santa aims to create hope for the future, happiness for the child and treasured memories for the whole family.

2024 - Dear Santa visited Her Majesty Queen Camilla deliver presents to children from
Helen and Douglas House and Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity at Clarence House, London.
Dear Santa also visited The Treehouse Hospice in Ipswich at the request of HRH The Princess of Wales.

DEAR SANTA CHRISTMAS PRESENTS
Each year we raise funds to deliver presents to children with a life-limiting / life-threatening condition or that are in the social care system. Our goal is to bring joy to as many of the 463,000 children as we can each year.

DEAR SANTA WISH FULFILLMENT
Dear Santa receives WISH letters throughout the year and in many cases these WISHES cant wait till Christmas for medical reasons. All WISHES are reviewed by our Trustees and we aim to fulfill as many as possible each year.

DEAR SANTA MEDICAL DEVICE WISHES
Many of the Dear Santa Children require specialist medical equipment that is not available through the NHS. Working with approved suppliers we are able to help these children gain more independence and freedom.
