Pertemps journey was started in a small office above a dress shop in Birmingham in 1961, by founder Constance Watts.

From humble beginnings, our expertise and performance grew and so did our branch network, enabling us to diversify and adapt, providing recruitment services across a variety of sectors.

To this day, the strong family values of the Watts family live on across our branch network, as they continue to recruit and promote a socially responsible culture while supporting our local communities.

They have a team dedicated to matching service leavers, veteran's and the wider military community with available roles, and are a recognised employer on the Armed Forces Covenant, having been awarded ‘Gold Award Status’ in 2014 & 2019 respectively.

Although they have a national footprint, Pertemps have offices on the high street in most major towns and cities, which provides them with that personal touch when supporting local businesses and organisations.
